Chairman & CEO of Arkadin International

Olivier de Puymorin founded Arkadin in 2001, 15 years ago, and still leads the company today by providing vision, inspiration and valuable business insight to Arkadin employees worldwide. Prior Arkadin, Olivier founded Xpedite France in 1992, and sold the business to Premiere Global Services, Inc.
He was also involved in the creation of a series of successful companies involved in information, distribution or real estate. He started his career as a private banker at Banque Worms and Finindus.
Chief Executive Officer, Arkadin SAS
Didier holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and joined Arkadin in 2013 as Chief Partnership Officer.
Didier brings over 30 years of commercial and general management experience with IT and Telco multinationals to our company. For 20 years, he held various management positions in Sales and Global Services in France and the U.S. at IBM. As SVP for Orange Business Services beginning in 2007, he was recognized for his expertise in outsourcing and system integration as well as for his strong negotiation skills in contracts and partnerships in global customer environments.
Didier graduated from the École Centrale in Paris and also holds an Economics Degree from Paris University.
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Thomas is Arkadin’s Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to occupying this position, Thomas headed our Arkadin Latin America Operations beginning in November 2011.
Thomas has over 20 years’ experience in international sales management with high-tech & telecom companies in Europe and Latin America, including 12 years in the videoconferencing industry at Polycom, Tandberg and Cisco Systems.
Thomas graduated from the International Business School of Paris Chamber of Commerce and holds an MBA from ESIC Madrid in International Business Trading.
Chief Digital Officer (CDO)
Stanislas joined Arkadin in 2010 as COO and is now the company’s Chief Digital Officer. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.
Stanislas was previously Private Equity Practice Leader for Capgemini Consulting and Principal at Apax Partners. He has more than 15 years of experience in value creation and business transformation in the IT and Telco industries.
Stanislas is a graduate from Telecom Paris Tech and holds an MBA from MIT and a Master’s in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Jean-Pierre joined Arkadin as Chief Technology Officer in 2016 and is responsible for leading product, development and operations. Jean-Pierre has 30 years of international experience including engineering planning, and product and project management with enterprises such as Hewlett Packard, SAP, Business Objects and most recently Murex where he was COO.
Jean-Pierre holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale d’Elecronique et Radio-Electricité and a Mastere from Ecole Nationale Supérieures des Télécommunications.
Jean-Pierre is a member of the executive committee and is based in the Paris office.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Christophe has been managing Arkadin Human Resources since 2007.
Christophe served in global HR positions including Motors & Actuators (Valeo) and Switch Products (ITT Industries), where he conducted several M&A operations in the US and Asia, including the divestiture of the Valeo branch acquired by Nidec.
Christophe is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris.
Managing Director, China
Nelson is the founder and President of Arkadin GCT China.
Prior to Arkadin, Nelson was the regional Finance Director for ACT Teleconferencing Inc. in its Asia Pacific region. While at ACT, he was responsible for the overall financial operation and strategic development for Greater China Region. He is also a board member of Beijing VIVAME Information Technology Co., Ltd, a leading mobile & wireless reading company headquartered in Beijing.
Nelson graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University). He was member of ASCPA and also studied Law at Shenzhen University of China.
Managing Director, Americas
As Managing Director of the Americas, Mark Alexander is responsible for leading business strategy and sales. Since joining the company in October 2010, he has been committed to realizing the company’s high growth potential for unified collaboration services with Arkadin’s trademark customer focus.
A Telecommunications and Internet veteran known for a hands-on, results-oriented leadership style, Mark was formerly EVP Sales & Marketing for Premiere Global Services (conferencing) and also held leadership positions at Interland, BellSouth, Scientific-Atlanta and MCI.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University.
Managing Director, Asia Pacific
Serge joined Arkadin in April 2008 and is based in Singapore. He is responsible for Arkadin Asia Pacific as well as the global business unit in charge of strategic partnerships with Telecom providers.
Before joining Arkadin, Serge was Vice President of Asia Pacific at InfoVista, a leading provider of network performance monitoring solutions. From 2001 to 2008, while at Infovista, he integrated several sales and technical organizations from different countries into regional and global operations. Prior to InfoVista, Serge was in charge of the Service Level Agreement group at SITA Equant (now Orange Business Services). He was also CEO and founder of Helix, a financial software company.
Serge is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Alexis joined Arkadin in 2005.
He became Chief Financial Officer after holding several positions in Europe, North America and Asia, where he was instrumental in setting up financial foundations, processes and growth sustenance.
Alexis has 12 years of experience as a CFO in positions at fast growing companies such as Arkadin and Exlinea (Jardine Group). He is in charge of all M&A and fundraising activities. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Alexis graduated from Sup de Co Amiens Business School.
Managing Director, Europe Middle East & Africa
Christophe has been responsible for managing Arkadin Operations in Europe, including CEMEA, since January 2011. He joined Arkadin in 2007 to create the Global Strategic Accounts group (GSA) to address the Fortune 500 Global Enterprises, which included building strategic relationships with vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco WebEx.
Prior to Arkadin, Christophe worked for 15 years in the high tech industry in Sales and General Management positions, and lead fast growing software companies such Electronic Arts, Criterion Software and XRT.
Christophe graduated with a Masters degree in Management from the University of Paris.
Managing Director, Global Accounts & Events
Damien is one of Arkadin’s veterans, having joined the company in 2001 in order to develop its sales activity in France and Europe. He is currently in charge of Global Accounts & Events, specializing in the conception and production of virtual events.
Prior to Arkadin, Damien occupied various sales, marketing and consulting positions with France Telecom, Framacom and L'Oréal.
Damien graduated from the HEC Business School.
